Please follow these instructions regarding the CP Questionnaire:
Download the “cp-exam” PDF to your computer from this link. Make sure you save the file to your computer and not just open it directly in your browser.
Open the file after you’ve downloaded it (you’ll need a password which should be provided) and make sure Adobe Reader is the default PDF program. If it does not automatically open with Adobe, right-click the “cp-exam” file and select Open with > Adobe Reader (or Acrobat). Contact IT if you need help with the password or setting up Adobe Reader.
After you verify the exam is properly opened and working, test that you’re able to make edits and retain them after saving the file with a new file name. Encourage the applicant to periodically save their work (especially if a break is taken).
